Description
As a Senior Search Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will be working in a fast-paced environment within the fast-growing international marketing team. Successful SEA and SEO campaigns are the primary responsibility of this all-round position. The implementation of SEM strategies of the company across various search engines and ad networks is one of your responsibilities.
You effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and lead the customers to the app. You define performance goals and ensure that they are met. In this role you work collaboratively with other marketing teams and disciplines. You are also highly familiar with digital advertising trends that enable you to keep the business efficiently up to date and give it a competitive edge.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a university degree in business administration, marketing management, or other business studies. Several years of experience in a comparable role with a proven track record as well as the excellent knowledge of web analytics, bid management tools and experience in successful managing SEM campaign across all relevant platforms.
You bring in strong analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented skills with ability to recognize patterns and derive valuable conclusions. As a SEM all-rounder you are well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
The international environment of the company requires good communication and negotiation skills. You are able to perform and stay calm in demanding and challenging situations. You are a fluent in spoken and written english. Other languages are a plus.
