In order to drive global growth in a targeted manner, we are looking for a performance marketing-focused Global Chief Marketing Officer (f/m/d) in Berlin.
role description
As Global CMO (f/m/d) you have global responsibility for the operational implementation of all online marketing measures and the further expansion of relevant target markets such as the USA or Australia.
In this key position, you are both a manager and an innovative project manager who works closely with the Data Analytics, Product, Tech and International Sales teams to develop and implement common goals over the long term.
The focus of this role is the constant optimization and further strategic development of the global digital B2C marketing strategy in terms of new customer acquisition, performance and conversion optimization. In order to achieve this, you place and optimize the budgets of the individual channels with your team. The channels SEA, SEO, paid social, newsletter marketing and content management are significantly relevant.
As a future CMO (f/m/d) you will develop future-oriented strategies as a relevant part of the management team and will not be afraid to take new and innovative paths. Especially with regard to the expansion in the areas of content and paid social.

requirements
You have a degree in marketing or a related subject. Furthermore you have several years of professional experience in a leading position in online marketing in successful e-commerce companies or in other highly competitive market environments.
Profuund experience – especially in the disciplines of content, SEA, and paid social – are relevant for this position. Very good knowledge of common tools and MS Excel complete your profile.
Last but not least, you should be innovative and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Due to the international responsibility, professional English skills are an elementary requirement for this position. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of other languages.
